Peanut Butter and Butterscotch. Need I say more?
This is SO easy… you can whip it up in minutes.
It is very similar to the popular haystacks but with an easier crunch.
You will see what I mean.
Ingredients:
1/2 bag of butterscotch chips (approximately 5.5 oz )
1/2 cup of peanut butter (smooth or chunky, whichever your prefer)
3 cups of Corn Flakes
Directions:
Combine butterscotch chips and peanut butter in a saucepan over low heat.
Stir until well blended.
Add Corn Flakes.
Stir until completely coated.
On wax or parchment paper lined cookie sheet, drop by the spoonful.
They don’t have to be neat or perfectly round. They will glue themselves together as they dry.
Put cookie sheet in the refrigerator and chill for 30-45 minutes or until hardened.
You have a quick, easy treat that is sure to please everybody!
