It was another successful shopping trip to the Goodwill. I have to admit, I am one lucky duck to have such a fabulous Goodwill right down the street from my house. It is huge and always well maintained. And let’s just say that I don’t mind the military discount day either. 😉
I’m going to show you my items right out of the bag… no washing or ironing (YET!). It wouldn’t be the full Goodwill experience if I didn’t show you clothes with wrinkles. 😉
Without further delay, my loot:
With ruffles… and chickens?! I don’t know what the design is…but it looks like chickens to me! And that made me one happy girl.
A casual coral shirt… perfect for spring days.
A cream colored cardigan sweater.
I’m 98% sure that I am going to change out the buttons.
I just loved the cute detail design.
I thought it really gave some visual interest to an otherwise plain cardigan.
And the detail continues to the back:
Brand: Kenneth, too.
This had to be my happiest find of the day!
A practically brand new (the security tag hadn’t even been cut off yet) Ann Taylor Loft dress that fit like a glove!
Brand: Ann Taylor Loft
And just for fun…I got one more item.
A vibrantly spring floral pillowcase.
But what am I going to do with this pillowcase you might ask.
Well! I am going to recycle it into an apron!
I just loved the pretty floral print… and I know just what kind of apron I want to make out of it.
Stay tuned for the transformation!
All in all…I got:
1 cardigan sweater
I don’t know about you, but I’d say I made out like a bandit!
It’s always an adventure in the Goodwill. 😉
